EPA participated in the European Conference on Architectural Policies (ECAP 2026), held in Cyprus on 7–8 May in the framework of the Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the European Union, at a particularly critical moment for the future of Europe’s built environment.
EPA’s founder and Director, Mr. Papachristou, was invited as a keynote speaker by the Department of Town Planning and Housing, presenting “Grounded in Context”. The presentation explores how context participates in, influences, and guides the architectural design process. It emphasized the importance of responding thoughtfully to the cultural, environmental, and social conditions of each project.
Our participation in ECAP 2026 reflects the office’s ongoing commitment to contemporary architectural practices that combine innovation, environmental responsibility, and respect for cultural heritage.
