We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join our team, to further develop and manage our Revit-based BIM environment to international standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining office-wide BIM procedures, including SOPs, BIM manuals, templates, libraries and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), while providing ongoing support to architectural design teams across a wide-ranging project portfolio.
This is a hands-on role working closely with Partners and Project Architects, combining strategic BIM planning with practical implementation in live projects.
Requirements:
– Degree in Architecture or Structural Engineering
– Strong, proven experience using Autodesk Revit
– Understanding of architectural design processes and workflows
– Experience in a BIM-based professional architectural environment This is a full-time position based in Nicosia and offers the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the practice’s BIM framework.
