Limassol 180°

The development involves residential apartments within an expanding neighbourhood close to the Limassol coastline. The design evolved around the orientation of the location, resulting in a wide arch which takes in the view through 180 degrees. An uninterrupted view of the sea is therefore achieved from all units. This also means that apartments are orientated towards the South, enabling climatic conditions to be a further part of the proposal.

Circulation and other services are located on the northern side. The accentuated, undulating nature of the slabs create deep balconies which act as solar shields while also helping to describe and define the levels of the building. The building has been located to the North of the site, allowing for the southern side to be taken up by an impressive pool and further landscaping.
