Office and Commercial Development in Nicosia

A project that has not, as yet been implemented. Playful in its attitude to the outer skin, this office design was seen as an opportunity to create an event within the parameters of the office block. Naturally this is not skin deep but serves to provide a series of lighting and inhabitation variations within that invigorate the internal spaces.

On the outside, especially at night the conversation between the louvered box and its nemesis, the prismatic lighting volumes creates a stylish statement within the cityscape.
