Residential Complexes

UniHALLS trinity

The design is comprised of three identical volumes which are rotated against each other and in accordance with the site geometry. This creates a series of in-between spaces that are unique in themselves. Uniting the three volumes is a single slab which forms the roof of the ground floor facilities. To the same effect there are bridges that evolve out of the circulation cores and terraces at various levels.

A bold and consistent system of railing, cladding and enclosure serves to lend the definition of volumes an intriguing fluidity of occasional solid, stuttering transparency and overriding rhythm. This in conjunction with the consistent rigour of the residential units serves to form a bold vocabulary of few words but solid confidence
