Residential Complexes

Opposite Kolla - Residential Development

The project is conceived as a residential landscape rather than a singular object. A series of slender towers is arranged above a continuous, activated podium, forming a cohesive urban ensemble that prioritises shared life, movement, and connection. At ground and podium levels, the architecture dissolves into a network of open spaces, pedestrian paths, and cycling routes. The routes are carefully integrated into the design, linking buildings, gardens, and shared amenities while supporting a continuous spatial experience across the site. Movement through the site is gradual and layered, encouraging walking, pause, and encounter. The podium operates as a social topography. Landscaped terraces, courtyards, and shared facilities are woven together to create a sequence of collective spaces that mediate between the city and the private realm of the residences above. This elevated ground plane establishes a sense of community while maintaining permeability and openness at street level. The residential towers rise lightly from this base, carefully spaced to preserve views, daylight, and visual connection to the wider city and landscape beyond. Their verticality is balanced by the strong horizontal continuity of the shared spaces below, reinforcing the project’s dual identity as both urban infrastructure and residential environment. Rather than isolating domestic life, the project extends it into the collective realm.
